Reset your energy
Right now we are all feeling it, the universe is presenting us with many life lessons and at times it can feel overwhelming and like an endless roller coaster. With this in mind I feel that what we all need is some quick tips to ground and reset our energy. These tips are so helpful when we find ourselves being triggered by a person or situation, when we have been around someone who is holding low vibrational energy and also those days where we just feel really energetically off and not feeling the love or joy.
Here are my 12 tips for lifting your energy reset:
- When you get triggered by someone or a situation, thank your body for showing you where the healing is needed.
- Get out on the grass and set the intention to ground and release all lower energy into the earth.
- If you can’t get to the earth then rinse your wrists under a tap and sprinkle water all over you to clear the energy.
- Even better if you live near the ocean, get into the water and splash it over you or fully submerge with the intention of cleansing and releasing.
- Find a quiet place and focus on your belly breathing for 5 mins or so.
- Put some beautiful high vibrational HZ music on to calm, cleanse and reset you.
- Listen to a short guided meditation that cleanses and clears your energetic body.
- Get outside for a beautiful nature walk.
- Out loud say 5 things that you are grateful for.
- Move your body with dance or yoga.
- Eat high vibe foods such as organic fruit and veges and eat less meat.
- Reduce or eliminate your alcohol intake.
